Laughing Yoga - a method of maintaining and improving your health

It is well-known and documented that laughing is good for your health. This system was developed by an Indian doctor, Dr.  Kataria Meidan, who claims that "laughter is the best medicine".  He established the system in 1995 when he opened the first "laughing Yoga" club  in India. While laughing the brain release endophines. These are associated with the immune system, affecting various organs such as the heart and lungs as well as blood pressure etc. The most important revelation that Dr M. found in his work on laughing yoga, is that the brain cannot distinguish between real and faked laughter Even when laughter is faked, andromorphines are released by the brain Faked laughter is often the basis for real laughter."Take it and fake it and then you make it".  In practice, an hour's session of amusing exercises causes the body to relax and the fake laughter becomes real .
Laughter breaks down barriers, both internal and between people. In laughing yoga, we laugh for no reason, with each other, and not at each other. The activity causes the  muscles to strain (similar to coughing).  Towards the end of the session, in order for the body to relax, we do meditation exercises. Everyone leaves the seminar with a smile on his face.  The more we laugh, the more we can recognize positive, amusing and humorous  points. Consequently the atmosphere around is improved and lightened.

There are various kinds of seminars/workshops e.e private parties, birthdays, singles, plants. In plants and organizations there is a bonding between managers and workers. Everyone enjoys himself. It is a different meeting to the norm

Laughter doesn't distinguish between sex, age or religion. Laughing is suitable for everybody, improving one's health and positive outlook on life.
